Objective

To bring together intermediaries, express carriers, airlines and airport representatives and elaborate global business positions on such issues as liberalization, facilitation, the environment and customs facilitation in air transport.

Priorities

• Promote ICC positions for the furthur liberalization of air transport  
• Urge global consensus on nex aircraft noise standards with ICAO  
• Promote global coordination on issues such as competition, security and the environment  
• Press for ratification of a draft global convention for aircraft financing and leasing  
• Promote the use of information technology for airway bills
